We manage print purchasing for some of the largest brands in Europe where cost efficiency and speed-to-market are essential.

Our intelligent sourcing strategy ensures that we optimise every component of print spend and deliver as many cost efficiencies as possible. Some of our existing clients have seen savings of up to 30% against previous best prices.

More than 80 clients with average tenure of eight years

Paperhat Communications have been at the forefront of print management for two decades, pioneering the decoupling of print production away from the constraints of traditional procurement channels. Identifying the need for efficiencies and cost savings in all aspects of print production, Paperhat formed a new and exciting venture with Gutenberg Networks in 2010.
In 2011 Paperhat bought a majority stake in Consorcio Group relaunching as Paperhat Consorcio, a company specialising in social media and marketing spend consultancy. Then in 2012 Paperhat acquired majority stakes in both FTP and RBD to create Paperhat FTP a company specialising in creative services. The combined companies form The Paperhat Group and offer a dynamic range of independent marketing and production services.
